Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during November–December), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Orders places after 4 E.T will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates: Free Standard Shipping for orders $50+
Standard shipping for packages to the continental US are shipped by USPS, though other carriers may be utilized.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@wildindigo.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier before issuing a refund or reshipment.
